COURSE DESCRIPTION: This five-day (40 hours), in-person course serves as a basic introduction to the activities and processes of a Type 3 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT), and to assist individual responders to perform as viable team members.

NOTE: This course works best when it includes a wide range of emergency response personnel, such as workers from fire/rescue, law enforcement, public works, public health, emergency management, mass care, and other related organizations that offer critical emergency response services. This course is not intended for volunteers. (Also, people that have previously been involved in an incident will get more out of this class. If you have not been involved in an incident as a responder, please consider waiting until July 18th to register.)
