The goal of this DEI Network is to create a space for agency representatives to collaborate, troubleshoot, and implement agency DEI goals while utilizing the group's knowledge and resources. Many agencies within King County would like to implement initiatives yet are challenged to implement desired programs due to lack of personnel, time, and funds. The King County EMS DEI Network aims to pool knowledge and create a collaborative space with a modest support mechanism in place to help agencies achieve their individual DEI goals.
